Text Box: OUR MISSION: Through performance and education , the goal of EarthDance Institute is to utilize the discipline of dance as a cutting edge educational (teaching and learning) tool that uniquely enables a wide range of students, educators, performers and audience members to participate in re-establishing a sustainable critical link to the natural world. The intent is to lead to fostering a more environmentally-literate society. The Institute will do so through a professional performing company (with an established history of pioneering environmental dance) and the design and implementation of innovative environmental education programs that integrate the arts (specifically dance) as a critical teaching & learning tool through seminars, classes, residencies and camps.
